Description & Requirements
The Senior Consultant is responsible for managing all phases of project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design to application configuration, testing, training, and successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Tackle complex issues requiring detailed analysis and evaluation of multiple factors.
- Conduct business process assessments to identify client needs and ensure they are addressed within the project scope.
- Design solutions that align client requirements with standard FSM application capabilities and best practices.
- Configure and build solutions based on approved designs, using iterative prototypes and validation testing.
- Plan and execute data conversion activities.
- Perform comprehensive system testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting the Project Manager, technical teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide project management for implementations and SmartStream consulting, including knowledge transfer for existing customer installations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in full life cycle implementations.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Strong consulting background with external clients and relationship-building skills.
- Capacity to learn and master new technologies quickly.
- Technical knowledge of SmartStream (SQL, PowerBuilder, iSeries, etc.).
- Fluency in Italian, French, and English.
- Familiarity with older SmartStream versions and existing SmartStream customers.
