MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Procurement Analyst to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide procurement and logistical expertise supporting multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform all functional procurement duties independently, ensuring quality and compliance with contract requirements.

  • Take accountability for the performance and results of the assigned procurement team.

  • Analyze and coordinate procurement and logistical functions across the organization to ensure timely and efficient operations.

  • Manage the full life cycle of products, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposition of resources.

  • Record, maintain, and initiate work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision while acting as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Nine (9) years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field — or six (6)+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Proficiency in German at a minimum B1 level (able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.

  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.

  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.

The projected compensation range for this position is $71,100.00-$117,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
