As an early member of our Account Development team, you’ll turn today’s satisfied customers into tomorrow’s power users—expanding product adoption, preventing churn, and driving meaningful revenue growth across our expanding customer base. You’ll work with a wide range of Mercury customers, providing a human touch at the right moment in their customer journey. Your success will be measured through growth metrics, primarily focused on product adoption, and account expansion, while also ensuring we’re capturing critical product feedback at scale to inform product roadmap

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
