About The Role

We’re expanding our go-to-market team with the hire of our first Account Executive focused exclusively on the manufacturer segment in APAC. This role will be critical in strengthening our presence across production hubs in South and Southeast Asia, where the majority of global consumer product supply chains originate.

This is a foundational role. You’ll manage your own SDR and work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deeply understand the needs of this segment and bring Worldly’s solutions to more facilities across the region.

You’ll report to the Head of Sales and work cross-functionally with regional teams and Worldly’s longstanding partner, Cascale, to drive commercial outcomes in this critical growth area.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Sales Execution

  • Own and exceed a revenue quota within the manufacturer segment across APAC.

  • Build new relationships with sustainability, compliance, and operations teams at manufacturing groups, facility groups, and trading companies.

  • Develop outreach strategies tailored to the unique business drivers and compliance concerns of APAC-based manufacturers.

  • Become an expert in the Higg Index, Worldly solutions, and the role these play in ESG reporting, customer requirements, and global trade dynamics.

  • Work closely with your SDR to build pipeline, define target accounts, and optimize outreach performance.

Market Development & Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Worldly’s regional and global teams to coordinate on multi-stakeholder opportunities involving brands, retailers, and facility groups.

  • Capture and synthesize manufacturer feedback to guide product development and go-to-market strategy.

  • Be a regional expert: share insights on market trends, regulatory pressures, and customer needs.

  • Engage with key industry groups, associations, and local service providers to grow awareness and influence.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage a well-organized pipeline, forecasting accurately, and driving deals to close with integrity and urgency.

  • Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoff and long-term value realization for customers.

We’d Like to See

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS, sustainability services, supply chain platforms, or enterprise consulting.

  • Proven success carrying and meeting a quota in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment.

  • Strong familiarity with APAC manufacturing markets — particularly in apparel, footwear, home goods, or similar consumer product verticals.

  • Passion for sustainability and knowledge of ESG trends and regulations.

  • High degree of comfort working in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in other regional languages or dialects preferred

Compensation Overview

$25,000 – $35,000 USD Base Salary (Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City)

$55,000 – $60,000 USD Base Salary (Hong Kong)

$80,000 – $90,000 USD Base Salary (Singapore, Australia, New Zealand)

This role offers a competitive compensation package with a 60/40 base-to-incentive split. Your total earnings will be comprised of a fixed base salary (60%), a performance-based incentive component (40%), and participation in our Equity Stock Options Program (in approved regions only).
