Accounts Assistant (AU Construction, WFH)

Salary: P35,000 – P40,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in a similar accounts/admin role.
• Proficiency in Xero and Simpro is essential.
• Strong Excel skills (data entry, formatting, filtering).
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with invoicing, timesheet management, and bank reconciliations.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with supplier portals (e.g. Bunnings, Reece) is an advantage.
• AU Construction Industry familiarity

What will you do?

Daily:

• Monitor and respond to VIC and Service emails
• Process supplier invoices in Simpro
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions in Xero

Weekly:

• Update the Set & Serve spreadsheet
• Process Bunnings, BOC, and Reece invoices
• Collect, file, and review weekly timesheets
• Cross-check leave/overtime with Labour Planner
• Schedule timesheets in Simpro
• Export weekly service reports
• Follow up on overdue service accounts

Monthly:

• Reconcile gas cylinder usage
• Update subcontractor register (docs, insurances, licences)
• Reconcile supplier statements and complete bank recs
• Run Aged Receivables, check credit limits
• Balance AR between Simpro and Xero
