The Role
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between GCO, the WE DO Corp IT Platforms team, and the Automation and AI COEs, fostering a collaborative and transparent working relationship.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business needs and build technology solutions that support operational goals.
Technology Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Maintain current‑state assessments of GCO tools, systems, and processes, documenting strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive technology and automation roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities and future‑state vision.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation and process redesign.
- Recommend and shape automation solutions that deliver measurable impact on efficiency and cost reduction.
Technology Implementation
- Partner closely with IT teams to design, evaluate, and implement technology solutions—including RPA, AI, machine learning, and other emerging capabilities.
- Support project planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment to ensure successful implementation of new tools and features.
Vendor Partnership
- Collaborate with Vendor Management to evaluate external technology partners and provide feedback on vendor performance, capabilities, and future enhancements.
Change Adoption
- Promote continuous learning and encourage team proficiency in emerging technologies, automation and AI.

- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence without formal authority.
Technical Skills
- Experience with automation platforms, RPA tools, and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
- Ability to evaluate technology capabilities and document requirements for both business and technical audiences.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Background in technology planning, operational workflow design, or digital transformation.
- Experience assessing vendor tools and collaborating with third‑party providers.
- Strong facilitation and training skills to support user adoption.
