AI Operations Envangelist
Our goal is to make the way to and in Germany as easy as possible for international students. If you’re passionate about using AI to solve real-world operational challenges and improve the customer experience, we’d love to hear from you!

You will:

  • Take operational challenges (e.g., high-volume account issues, repetitive tasks, ticket follow-ups) and build AI-based solutions that remove manual workload.
  • Design, implement, and maintain intelligent workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and reliability across departments.
  • Create and deploy AI-powered assistants or automations to support customer operations throughout the product lifecycle — from application to closure.
  • Experiment with new AI capabilities to improve turnaround time, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Technology teams to translate real pain points into working AI solutions.
  • Monitor and refine AI systems, ensuring they perform reliably and comply with data protection and privacy standards.
  • Document workflows, logic, and outcomes for transparency and operational continuity.
  • Champion an “AI-first” culture by sharing insights, demonstrating impact, and promoting adoption across teams.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in operations, automation, or AI-driven solution design.
  • You have a strong understanding of how AI can be applied to business operations and customer support challenges.
  • You have a track record of implementing solutions that reduce manual work or improve service efficiency.
  • You are comfortable working with data, logic flows, and system integrations.
  • You are analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on measurable outcomes.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and can collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • You are proactive, curious, and self-driven (eager to test, learn, and implement new ideas).
  • PLUS: experience in Fintech or any operational environment involving verification, onboarding, or service management is a strong advantage.
