We prioritize preventive care while leveraging data and technology through the Clover Assistant, a powerful tool that helps physicians make informed health recommendations. By giving doctors a holistic view of each member’s complete health history, we ensure better care at a lower cost—delivering the highest value to those who need it most. We’re looking for a Associate, Lifecycle Marketing Analytics to help us unlock the full potential of our customer data. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our customer data is accurate, unified, and actionable. You will directly impact the experience of our members, brokers, and providers, as well as our business growth and retention The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a digital analytics, marketing technology, or data operations role. You’ll possess hands-on expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) like Twilio Segment, Hightouch, Tealium, or Rudderstack, and a deep understanding of event-based tracking methodologies and customer data schemas. This role requires translating business needs into technical solutions and creating audience segments and journeys that enable personalized experiences.
