JOB SUMMARY: This position will serve as a strategic financial leader within the organization, driving data-informed decision-making and providing deep market insights to support commercial strategy, pricing, partnerships, and investment decisions. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial trajectory of the company by aligning financial analytics with market dynamics, competitive intelligence, business development, segmentation, deal management, economic evaluation of pricing / packaging, and strategic initiatives. Provides additional financial support, analysis and reporting, as well as acts as a Finance point of contact for executives, sales organization, revenue accounting, general managers, product managers, data scientists, pricing and strategy, and others outside of the Accounting and Finance organization.JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Conduct secondary market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the health tech landscape.2. Monitor competitor strategies, regulatory changes, and payer-provider dynamics.3. Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for commercial and strategic teams.4. Develops a deep and thorough understanding of the company’s strategy for operations, revenue, pricing and packaging, and market insights.5. Key business partner to the Data Science / AI team for deeper understanding of data and market intelligence.6. Key business partner to the Revenue Accounting team to align revenue recognition relating to overall market strategy.7. Support M&A due diligence, partnership evaluations, and strategic planning exercises.8. Optimize monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes and variance reporting related to new business, including partnering with all critical stakeholders including the ELT, functional leaders and Revenue Accounting organization.9. Build trusted relationships with leadership and business partners across the organization.10. Partner with Sales, Pricing, Strategy, Product, Data Science, and GM’s as needed. Collaborate with Corporate FP&A for consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. 11. Support Commercial Finance leadership with follow-up analyses and recommendations as needed.12. Assist with Board, Investor, and Quarterly Business Review presentations as needed. 13. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.14. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.15. Demonstrate Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.16. JOB SCOPE: This position works under minimal direction and applies principles of financial analysis to support the volume/revenue modeling, reporting and analysis. The incumbent operates directly with all areas and levels across the organization, applying comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to complete job responsibilities. This position utilizes in-depth knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills and an understanding of company priorities to strategize and resolve non-routine issues. The work consists of financial analysis, project leadership, using financial systems, and performing analytics and reporting. The incumbent is a resource and aids higher level positions, and may lead the work of others or train others who do not directly report to this position.

Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):* Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a preferred major in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred.* Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis and/or budgeting preferred.* Strong understanding of healthcare economics, payer-provider models, and regulatory frameworks is a plus* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or board certifications as applicable.* Strong BI applications and/or other data analysis tools is preferred.* Strong corporate financial management, financial modeling, and familiarity with financial reporting requirements and regulations.* Business acumen, strong problem-solving, organizational, leadership, decision-making, communication (verbal and written), and people management skills.* Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data, assess risks, and strategic insights.* Ability to communicate/interact with executive management, department heads and operational leaders.* Ability to build consensus, establish trust, and build relationships through the organization.* Ability to organize and manage multiple takes while prioritizing to meet established deadlines.
The salary range for this position is $190k-$205k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
