Job Description SummaryThe Wind Turbine Blade Service Technician will perform specialized field and workshop-based tasks related to the inspection, repair, and maintenance of wind turbine blades. This role requires expertise in composite materials, specifically polyester and epoxy laminates, and involves hands-on service, technical direction, and leadership in blade repair and maintenance operations Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities · Perform/check composite blade repairs according to the specified instructions. · Prepare applicable service documentation and service reports including details of repairs. · EHS responsible for all GE and local / regulatory obligation during execution time · Ensure customer site rules, company regulations, policies and procedures are being always followed. · Excellent report preparation · Strong leadership talent, interpersonal and organizational skills · Good personal presentation · Ability to make decisions under pressure. · Good commercial and business understanding · Working knowledge of various types of telecommunication equipment · Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle · Keep track of quality, costs and efficiency · Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. Supervise job execution of 3rd party in case requested and coordinate the repair activity assigned. – 40% Travel .
