We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our Order to Revenue (OTR) value stream. The ideal candidate will be a master of stakeholder management, adept at gathering and refining complex business requirements, and proficient in translating them into actionable insights for our development teams. Working within an agile framework, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless customer experience from initial order to final revenue recognition.
What will you do?

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders (including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support) and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of priorities and requirements.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Lead efforts to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for new features and process improvements within the Order to Revenue lifecycle. This includes conducting interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

Process Mapping & Gap Analysis: Define and document current-state and future-state business processes. Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and streamlining of the OTR flow.

Backlog Refinement: Work closely with product owners and development teams to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

Agile & JIRA Expertise: Thrive in an agile environment, actively participating in all scrum ceremonies

Testing & Quality Assurance: Execute test cases and test scripts to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements. Assist in the preparation of test plans and collaborate with QA teams to support comprehensive testing efforts.

Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and training materials.
What will you bring?

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an Order to Revenue, Order to Cash (O2C), or similar value stream.

Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for complex software development projects.

Hands-on experience with JIRA and a solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Experience in defining and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and proposing process improvements.

Practical experience in executing test cases, writing test scripts, and assisting with the creation of test plans.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to trace issues to their source and recommend viable solutions.

Previous experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is highly preferable.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable business language.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
