Join our Business Development team as a Business Development Manager.
Business Development Manager supports direct sales and account development, helping drive new business growth in Clinical Research and/or Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) service areas. The role is hands-on, focused on pipeline building, client interaction, and coordination of proposals.
Location: Europe (Remote/Travel Required)
We are seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record in acquiring new business and a strong “hunter” mindset, particularly within Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA service areas.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Actively attract new clients and develop strong business relationships.
- Maintain relationships with assigned accounts, supporting consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Contribute to achievement of assigned revenue goals.
- Execute and support sales strategy alongside senior BD colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct lead generation activities and identify new opportunities in Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA service areas.
- Coordinate RFI responses and support RFP submissions for assigned accounts.
- Support bid defense meeting preparation and client interactions.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the company CRM.
- Support development of account plans and assist in managing existing client relationships.
- Represent the company at professional industry events and conferences
- Work cross-functionally with proposal, operations, and marketing teams.
- Provide sales support during client onboarding and handover phases.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Sales Goal Execution
- Ensure assigned sales goals are met and support team-level revenue growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Confident communicator with solid presentation skills.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize.
- Results-oriented and motivated by targets.
- Cooperative, flexible, and aligned with the company’s values and mission.
- University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or relevant field.
- 2- 4 years’ experience in sales or account management in life sciences/CRO industry.
- Fluent in English and native language (both spoken and written).
- Very good proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
