Role Overview Corndel is seeking exceptional AI-experienced professionals to join our Professional Development Expert (PDE) Team to deliver world-class coaching and training for our groundbreaking Business Impact with AI – Level 4 programme. This innovative programme, delivered in partnership with Imperial College London and supported by Microsoft, represents the first Level 4 apprenticeship to fully integrate generative and agentic AI technologies with business analysis and change leadership. We are looking for people who have experience leading AI implementation projects and business transformation initiatives. You should have hands-on proficiency with AI productivity tools and platforms, prompt engineering capabilities, and practical experience in AI governance and ethics frameworks. With your expertise in business analysis, you’ll be able to navigate the complexities of AI-integrated process modelling, tackle the challenges of gathering requirements for such projects, and apply value stream mapping to automated and intelligent systems. You should be able to link AI initiatives to wider organisational objectives, and help our learners understand how AI-driven change aligns with business strategy, transformation efforts, and operating models. You will join a company breaking new ground in AI education, offering an intelligent, dynamic approach to developing the next generation of AI change leaders through a world-class programme of vocational learning.
