About the roleContractual Hours35.00 About the roleThe Business Process Analyst plays a critical role in the Admissions Transformation Programme by ensuring that process simplification and operational improvement underpin all change activity. The role analyses and documents current admissions processes, identifies inefficiencies and dependencies, and supports the design of lean, future state ways of working. By helping teams develop a shared understanding of end-to-end processes, the postholder reduces delivery risk, supports business led prioritisation, and enables measurable improvements in service effectiveness and customer experience.
