Become a part of our mission and learn more about our Product & Tech team!

Deine Position

As Chief of Staff – Product, you will serve as a strategic right hand to the VP Product and play a central role in driving alignment, operational excellence, and strategic execution across our global product organization. You will act as a key connector between internal teams, leadership, and external partners — ensuring that our initiatives move forward efficiently and with clarity of purpose.
This is a highly visible and hands-on position, combining strategic thinking with deep operational involvement. You’ll work across multiple product areas, support international collaboration, and help shape how our global Product function executes its mission.
Your Responsibilities:

  • Central Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact within the Product organization — connecting teams, ensuring effective information flow, and coordinating alignment across departments and international stakeholders.
  • Project Leadership and Execution: Lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects with cross-functional and international impact. Drive initiatives from concept to delivery and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Site and Market Support: Analyze operational and product-related data to identify optimization opportunities. Support local implementation of improvements and process enhancements — with a focus on Germany and other key markets.
  • Support for the VP Product: Provide direct support to the VP Product in day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and administrative tasks — including project preparation, documentation, and coordination (e.g., scheduling and travel planning).
  • Independent Project Ownership: Take full ownership of selected initiatives within the Product domain. Contribute proactively to product-related projects and ensure their timely, high-quality execution.

Dein Profil

  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Humanities, or a comparable discipline
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in product-related roles (Product Management, Strategy, or Operations) is highly desirable
  • Ideally, prior exposure to the energy or technology sector
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset and ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Reliable, structured, and motivated by the mission of accelerating the energy transition
  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other office or analytics tools

Benefits

  • You are part of an international, dynamic, and highly motivated team of people who have proven to make things happen
  • With your work, you accelerate the “energy transition” and hence have a direct impact on our climate
  • Work with and learn from other super-smart colleagues
  • You will enjoy direct contact with core decision-makers
  • You will enjoy the best chances of entering full-time in one of Europe’s most thriving scaleups
  • You work remotely (Germany-wide), with offices in Hamburg, Berlin or Munich
  • Create a healthy balance alongside your work and enjoy all the benefits of the EGYM Wellpass
  • Benefits and discounts are yours with Futurebens
  • Whether city bike or e-bike – be flexible with our job bike leasing and do something good for the environment at the same time
