ManTech seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented CNO Developer to join our team.

This is a remote position that can be performed from any location within the United States. In this role, you will design and support mission-critical systems, developing secure and resilient software solutions that contribute directly to national defense initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support mission-critical development efforts by building secure, resilient features and collaborating closely with your team and stakeholders

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements and how the team’s product fits within the broader system ecosystem

• Gain familiarity with project policies, procedures, and the change management plan

• Understand the technologies used in the team’s product and explore alternate solutions and implementations

• Create, implement, test, document, and support features, product capabilities, and data processing methods to ensure high levels of system security

• Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, team leads, and other developers to meet or exceed customer expectations

• Perform maintenance tasks on existing software products

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with Python and C/C++ programming languages

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

• Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming

• Experience in CNO capability development

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

The projected compensation range for this position is $74,300.00-$124,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
