As a Communications Trainee (f/m/x), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Brand Team and will report directly to our Lead Brand Communications. You’ll help shape and share compelling stories, amplify the voices of our thought leaders, and build visibility for refurbed across various markets.

WHO YOU ARE:
- You’re a native German speaker, fluent in English.
- Based in Vienna – you’ll need to be in the office at least 2 days a week
- You have first relevant experience in communications, PR, content, or marketing (internships or junior-level roles).
- You’re detail-oriented and have a good feel for written language and tone – both in German and English.
- You’re curious, proactive, and ready to learn – you’re not afraid to ask questions or try something new.
- You’re organized and can juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of deadlines.
- You’re passionate about sustainability, innovation, and creating real impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
PR & Communication
- Assist with PR tasks across our markets, such as preparing briefings, reviewing materials, gathering visuals and data, and coordinating with agencies.
- Research and coordinate applications for industry and company awards.
- Support in organising speaker opportunities and event appearances for our internal thought leaders.
Marketing & Content
- Check and review German-language translations for campaigns, website, and more.
Social Media Management
- Support our social media team in growing our channels by creating and managing content (IG in DE) and independently managing our corporate channel (LinkedIn in EN).
Partnerships & Events
- Support our partnership communications, including monthly reporting, partner content alignment, and the partnerships organisation.
