Job Description
Your Mission
You are fully integrated into the team to deliver reliable, high‑quality financial information each month.
Business‑oriented, you take a step back from your accounting tasks to support the analysis of the Group’s and its subsidiaries’ financial performance. You are proactive in supporting the Group’s growth and in contributing to the simplification and optimization of accounting and financial processes.
General Accounting & Subsidiary Management
- Manage the full accounting cycle for one or several Group subsidiaries
- Perform monthly closings: cut‑off, accruals, fixed assets, etc.
- Review VAT returns
- Prepare payment runs and record banking operations
- Monitor cash flows and perform bank reconciliations
- Track and record intra‑group recharges
- Reconcile account balances and prepare annual closing files
- Serve as the point of contact for auditors and external partners within your scope (statutory auditors, chartered accountants)
Accounts Payable – Overheads
- Supervise and review the entry of overhead invoices via the Yooz digitalization tool
- Perform critical reviews of supplier balances
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and monthly closing deadlines
Reporting & Performance Management
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of financial information within your scope
- Produce and validate the monthly reporting of operational costs
- Analyze variances (budget / actual / prior year / contracts) and explain key drivers
- Act as a business partner to operational teams for expense monitoring
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Higher education in accounting / finance (Bac+2 to Bac+5 or equivalent)
- Solid experience (minimum 3–5 years) in general accounting, ideally within a group environment
- Strong proficiency with IT tools: ERP systems, Excel, digitalization tools (Yooz is a plus)
- Professional English (written and spoken)
- Rigor, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and summarizing abilities
- Good interpersonal skills and ease communicating with non‑financial stakeholders
- Team spirit and proactive mindset
