Title: Consumer Insights, Associate – Digital Solutions – P2 Location: Remote Canada Reports To: Sr.Director, Digital Solutions **This is a 12-month limited term position** The Role: You will help develop the analytics and data insights for J.D. Power’s customer satisfaction survey research-based business, particularly those that measure digital channel performance. Primary duties include: contributing to the research process, interpretation of survey data, and developing presentations that will help our clients improve their business. You will work with a team of Digital experts and business units from specific industries (e.g., auto, financial services, insurance). The Impact You Will Have in This Role: You will conduct analysis of survey data to help clients improve customer satisfaction and drive business results. Since this role focuses on client digital channels, an interest in and enthusiasm for all things digital is critical. What You’ll Be Doing in This Role: You will be part of a 7-person Digital Solutions team. You are expected to be a self-starter who can work without close supervision and with other departments within the company’s matrix environment. Responsibilities:
