In November 2024, Printful and Printify came together as two equals and merged to form a global on-demand powerhouse. This role will involve working across our two platforms and brands, a unique and special challenge. To learn more about the merger, check out our blog post.

About Us

Both Printify and Printful are pioneering production on-demand companies and platforms established in Latvia but with a global customer base.

Printify is bringing the dream of financial freedom and business ownership to the world by connecting e-commerce entrepreneurs with over 100 print-on-demand facilities around the globe.

Printful has built world-class in-house production facilities and helps people to build their brands, empowering thousands of businesses—including iconic names like Coca-Cola and MTV.

About the Role

Our team is at the heart of our success. You’ll be part of a culture where everyone is respected, included, and encouraged to grow. We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way.

We’re looking for a Content Operations Lead to join our team and be the operational backbone of our global content function. You’ll ensure that every content asset—whether localized, SEO-driven, or multimedia—is delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standard.

In this role, you’ll own and evolve our content production systems, bridging the gap between strategy and execution, and enabling scalable, efficient content delivery across both Printify and Printful’s channels, brands, and markets. You’ll thrive if you love streamlining workflows, aligning cross-functional teams, and building systems that scale.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

  • Designing, documenting, and continuously improving workflows from content brief to publication, ensuring clarity of roles, timelines, and handoffs.

  • Owning and maintaining our content management system (CMS) structure to ensure content is organized, discoverable, and easy to maintain across brands, languages, and formats.

  • Overseeing content localization in collaboration with regional teams and translation partners, ensuring timely, high-quality market adaptations.

  • Acting as a key liaison between content, SEO, design, product, and marketing operations to align timelines, resources, and priorities.

  • Managing and improving project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Jira) and implementing automation where possible.

  • Tracking production KPIs, reporting on performance, and identifying opportunities to increase content velocity and reduce bottlenecks.

  • Proactively identifying gaps in our systems and building scalable solutions through tooling, process optimization, or training initiatives.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content operations, production management, or a similar role in marketing, media, or tech.

  • Hands-on experience managing workflows across editorial, SEO, design, and localization teams

  • Strong CMS expertise (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, Sanity) with experience supporting multi-language, multi-brand content structures.

  • Familiarity with localization processes and working with internal teams or external translation vendors at scale.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Airtable) and optimizing them for team collaboration.

  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.

  • Strong understanding of content governance principles like taxonomy, metadata, and lifecycle management.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional environments.

  • Experience in multi-brand or multi-market settings, ideally in B2B or eCommerce.

  • Bonus: Experience with internal documentation systems (e.g., Notion, Confluence) and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).

What We Offer:

  • Monthly salary of EUR 2,600 – 3,200 gross depending on work experience, education, and skills

  • Health insurance

  • Be part of a friendly, inclusive, and global team

  • An opportunity to work remotely or in person, from one of our modern and welcoming offices in Rīga, Tallinn, or Barcelona

  • Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons both on-site and online

  • Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!

  • Free and healthy lunch if you work from the Rīga office

We are an equal-opportunity workplace. We’re committed to diversity and inclusion and make hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, merit, and work experience.
