Company Description

Who we are…

At Trustonic our products are making a difference across the world. One moment we’re ensuring low-income families worldwide can access the life-changing benefits of an internet-enabled smartphone. The next we’re protecting the safety and integrity of the vehicles we drive and the devices we care about.

We pride ourselves on living by the Trustonic culture code, a blueprint for our journey that recognises that great working environments don’t guarantee success, but bad ones almost always ensure failure.

Working here, you’ll find a company that celebrates its diversity and is looking to do the right thing: for each other, the community and the planet. We believe in equal opportunities and take to heart the old African proverb ’If you only want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together’.

We work flexibly when and where we’re at our best, but regardless of how you choose to work, we’ll make sure you feel like one of the team.

Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Contract Manager to play a key role in streamlining and supporting our contracting processes across the business. You’ll act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations — ensuring agreements progress efficiently, risks are managed, and stakeholders are aligned.

A bit about the team and what you’ll deliver…

Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you’ll work closely with Legal, Sales, and Finance to deliver a seamless, transparent contracting process that underpins our commercial success. This role will play a key part in shaping how we scale our contracting efficiency and governance as the business continues to grow globally. As the Contract Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive efficiency in the end-to-end contract workflow, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to avoid delays.
  • Own and optimise tools and processes (including Legal Tracker and DocuSign) to track, report, and improve contracting performance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all contract-related queries — providing guidance on contracting models and ensuring consistency across regions and customer types.
  • Partner with Sales and Legal to ensure due diligence (e.g. KYC checks) and compliance with process stage gates.
  • Coordinate contract prioritisation by leading regular stakeholder reviews to balance competing demands and align with business priorities.
  • Manage documentation — including templates, version control, change requests, and repository access (SharePoint / NetDocs).
  • Support training and communication, ensuring teams understand and adhere to contracting policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Deal Desk, CRO, Legal, and Finance) to ensure contract accuracy and transparency.
  • Enable digital efficiencies, such as click-through agreements and automated workflows in DocuSign.
  • Support Data Protection compliance by managing DPA processes alongside contract negotiations and engaging the DPO as needed.

Who you are…

As a Contract Manager you have:

  • Strong background in contract operations, legal coordination, or commercial administration.
  • Skilled in managing complex workflows and stakeholder communication across departments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to move seamlessly between strategic oversight and hands-on delivery.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to guide, influence, and build trust at all levels of the business.
  • Familiarity with data protection agreements (DPAs) and governance processes is a plus.

What makes you, you…

As a Contract Manager you will have the following skills, experience and knowledge:

  • Understanding of B2B software licensing and the delivery of professional services through direct and indirect channel models
  • Understanding of the principles of revenue recognition and EU GDPR-based data protection legislation.
  • Proficiency in the use of DocuSign (eSignature & CLM), Salesforce, planning, analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, effectively and courteously managing demanding requests from global sales teams

Advantageous

  • Strong understanding of Trustonic’s propositions, including how they are licensed and their dependencies on third-party services, solutions, and components.
  • Good knowledge of the device manufacturing ecosystem and its influence on licensing models and commercial structures
