Seeking students interested in gaining practical experience in CRM, data entry, and healthcare IT.

Position: CRM Admin Intern
Duration: September 8th, 2025 – April 24th, 2026
Part time, working 15 – 29 hours/week
Location: Remote, based in Michigan (Eastern Time Zone)
Wage: $14/hour

The company is currently not authorized to support remote work employees in the following locations: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Idaho, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, Utah, Wyoming.

The student internship program accepts international students with up-to-date work authorization for off-campus employment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with data maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data within HubSpot.
  • Support CRM configuration updates and maintenance tasks to ensure system efficiency.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, escalating to senior staff as needed.
  • Train and assist staff in using HubSpot effectively, ensuring they understand features and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of CRM workflows, automations, and reports.
  • Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Actively participate in meetings and collaborate with different departments to enhance CRM usage.
  • Assist with communication efforts related to CRM changes and updates within the organization.
  • Gain hands-on experience in CRM best practices, data governance, and cloud-based systems.

Qualifications: 

  • Strong interest in CRM systems, data management, and healthcare technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
