We are seeking remote Customer Service Agent to join our team in United States.
This is for a high volume, 62 hour live book launch. The event supports the release of the final book in the a series by a reputable author, aiming to break the Guinness World Record for most nonfiction books sold in 24 hours.
Agents will receive inbound calls from viewers/listeners of the live broadcast and related marketing. All calls will focus on questions and answers, frequently asked questions resolution and checkout support.
Training is 8 hours. To be scheduled between August 10th – 14th.
Agents must complete a certification process by the end of the day on August 15th.
- Completion of script training, objection handling, and compliance protocols
- Passed role-play or simulation assessments
