Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented ambitious person who is great at managing cross-functional growth and operational initiatives across all tracks. Will work closely with Product, Tech, Support, and CRM teams to drive, optimize workflows, scale user retention campaigns, and ensure end-to-end coordination of sprint deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute end-to-end operational flows for multiple digital products
  • Track and report KPIs for retention, and user satisfaction
  • Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
  • Liaise with support, tech, and product teams to address bottlenecks


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in iGaming or tech startup environments
  • Deep understanding of user journey, growth metrics, and operations
  • Familiarity with sprint planning and agile methodologies
  • Tools: Zendesk, Slack, Admin Panels, Google Docs, ERP & CRM systems


Nice to have Requirements:

Basic technical knowledge of product dashboards or admin panels
