Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and supervise our growing team of Admissions Advisors and Admissions Managers to recruit top talent and improve performance metrics with a customer service-oriented approach
- Build and instill a “student-first” collaborative team culture that ensures each Admissions Advisor enrolls qualified, career-focused students who will succeed in CIAT technical programs
- Design an organizational structure to support a growing Admissions Department that can scale up to 100+ Admissions Advisors
- Design an Admissions Manager mentorship program that coaches and elevates leadership qualities for new and existing Admissions Managers
- Oversee lead triage initiatives to ensure all prospective inquiries are followed through CIAT communication channels, including phone, email, web, and live chat
- Execute term, quarterly, and annual recruitment plans to meet or exceed enrollment goals for certificate, associate, and bachelor level programs
- Manage, monitor, and customize Admissions Department CRM reports to ensure performance targets are achieved and reported on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Monitor and optimize enrollment funding sources to ensure diversified revenue balances between federal financial aid, military benefits, and private financing and support regulatory requirements
- Using a data-driven approach, continue to optimize communication processes and performance reports across all communication channels including phone, email, live chat, SMS, and video appointments
- Ensure CIAT policies, procedures, and compliance standards are executed, monitored, and upheld on an ongoing basis
- Monitor and improve internal processes to ensure all Federal, State, accreditation, and institutional policies and procedures are being met
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to identify new enrollment channels and provide continual feedback analysis for ongoing conversion rate improvements
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team to optimize and streamline enrollment processes and to ensure prospective students are fully informed of their educational investment
- Collaborate closely with the Student Services department to ensure accurate and complete transfer credit projections, enrollment documentation collection, course registration, and onboarding
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to develop and enhance data reports to monitor enrollment performance across teams, programs, and funding
- Participate in virtual and in-person presentations, speaking engagements, and event opportunities to represent the CIAT Admissions Department
- Provide positive motivation and ongoing training to team members on policy and process changes. Communicate policy updates to staff as needed
- Coach, and counsel employees, in partnership with HR
- Provide professional growth opportunities for employees
- Manage and enforce timekeeping policies to ensure accuracy and timely process of employee’s timecards
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
- Process timely, accurate, fair, without bias, performance reviews

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a higher education management position, leading Admissions teams in growth-oriented culture
- Minimum 5 years of experience using enterprise CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
- Experience recruiting students for both on-campus and online programs, understanding the mindset and goals of each type of student, and how to match qualified candidates with the right programs based on their education goals and career goals
- An in-depth understanding of the technology industry including education and career requirements, technology vendors, certification, and/or credentials requirements
- Highly proficient in data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Excel skills to present forecasting models, conversion rate analysis, benchmark performance metrics, and goal setting
- A computer savvy and technical mindset willing to learn new systems that are deployed and build automated processes to streamline manual activities
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and writing skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and interact with students, colleagues, and others
- Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals
- Takes a customer-service-oriented approach to recruiting and retaining students and collaborating with internal departments
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to support student success, achieve CIAT goals and contribute to a positive and inclusive culture

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required.
Supervisory Responsibility
Supervises the Admissions department employees, including Admissions Advisors and Admissions Managers.

Salary Range
The salary range for the Director of Admissions is $90,000- $150,000 yearly/DOE. However, the expected starting salary for this position is $90,000- $120,000 yearly/DOE. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, experience, equity and other business and organizational needs.
