WE ARE LOOKING FOR A REMOTE DIVISIONAL CLINICAL ASSOCIATE (MUST BE A REGISTERED NURSE) TO SUPPORT OUR MEDICARE-CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH DIVISION IN COLORADO!!!

Position: Divisional Clinical Associate, RN

100% REMOTE, availability to work in MST preferred but not required. 

Qualifications include:

• Must have a current CO RN license or Compact RN license in good standing
• Minimum two years recent and verifiable clinical experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Experience with clinical oversight (including OASIS and ICD-9 Coding), HomeCare HomeBase workflow management, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management highly preferred
• Excellent work ethic with demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
• Solid communication and PC skills 
• Ability to work in MST hours preferred
