The Employee Relations Specialist – UK & Ireland will provide expert guidance to associates, management, collaborating with wider HR team on Employee Relations matters and casework. This role ensures compliance with Cytiva’s policies, procedures and employment legislation and involves managing a high-volume caseload consisting of both non-complex and complex cases and promoting best practice on all aspects of Employee Relations. The role will collaborate with the Danaher Global Labour and Employee Relations Function which provides core labour and employee relations services to Cytiva (LER COE). This role will be the liaison between Cytiva and the LER COE for cases that fall within the scope of the LER COE, including managing the case management database and answering queries that the LER COE may have on a particular case that is being investigated on behalf of Cytiva. This position reports to the Labour and Employee Relations Director for the UK and Ireland and is part of Cytiva’s Global Labour and Employee Relations Centre of Expertise. The role can be operated at any of our sites (Ilfracombe, Cardiff, Newquay, Amersham, Portsmouth) for any candidates who reside in those areas, or the role can be operated on a Remote basis. Candidates based in the South-West of the United Kingdom or the West Midlands is preferred, as the role requires frequent travel (up to 50%) to all Cytiva sites. What you will do:
