Executive Admin, Senior

Infor is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two Senior Executives. This role requires a seasoned administrative professional with a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment, manage highly confidential information, and interface seamlessly with senior leaders. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting executive-level leadership across multiple time zones, demonstrating exceptional judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail. This individual will act as a strategic partner to the executives, helping to manage priorities, optimize productivity, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across a dynamic global business landscape.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Handle the administrative needs of senior-level executive(s) and teams with professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
• Manage complex calendars and arrange conference calls and meetings.
• Plan work-related travel details.
• Managing multiple priorities and proactively shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment in all interactions and decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience supporting multiple Senior Executives at once.
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with calendar management.
• Experience booking travel.
• Experience handling confidential matters.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an executive assistant in a professional services firm.
• Ability to prioritize, pivot, and multi-task.
• Understanding of international travel planning details.

US Remote (St. Paul, MN preferred)
We anticipate paying between $50,000 – $85,000 per year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
