As Field Marketing Manager for AMER, you will lead the planning and execution of demand generation and lead generation programs, trade shows, and customer events across North America. You’ll work hand-in-hand with regional Sales and Global Marketing teams to build campaigns that generate leads, strengthen brand awareness, and accelerate revenue growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role suited for a results-driven marketer with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and strong experience managing marketing programs across diverse regions.
- Design and execute regional marketing campaigns to generate leads, qualified pipeline and accelerate deals.
- Plan and manage customer events, trade shows, roadshows, and webinars.
- Collaborate with Sales to define target audiences and develop Account Based Marketing tactics
- Lead execution of regional Account Based Marketing tactics with the support of Global Marketing team
- Manage marketing vendors, agencies, and budgets for AMER region.
- Analyze and report on program performance, using insights to optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with Global Marketing to localize messaging, content and tactics for the Americas.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including field marketing, event management, or demand generation roles.
- Proven ability to run multi-channel marketing programs in the U.S. and/or LATAM.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed global organization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or enterprise software.
- Spanish or German proficiency is a plus.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign ROI and presenting to business stakeholders.
