Job Description
Your Mission
As a Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Voyage Privé’s financial performance and strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with Accounting, Data, and Operational teams (Sales, Marketing, Digital) to deliver accurate insights, improve processes, and help the Group scale efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Analyze business performance by monitoring commercial margins versus budget and prior year, identifying variances, and driving corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Accounting teams to consolidate and interpret operational costs, ensuring accurate reconciliation between management and statutory reporting (French GAAP & IFRS).
• Produce and distribute monthly financial and non-financial reports (Group & subsidiaries) with a focus on reliability, clarity, and impact.
• Develop and track performance KPIs, identifying optimization levers across revenue and cost streams to strengthen operational excellence.
• Challenge ROI on key initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Digital stakeholders to ensure sound business decisions.
• Contribute to data improvement, ensuring instant, high-quality access to financial information through better processes and BI tools.
• Enhance dashboards and analyses (Excel/Tableau) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of data, applying corrective actions when necessary.
• Extract and manipulate data from the data warehouse and accounting systems using SQL queries; liaise with Data teams to request new data tables when needed.
• Support the budget process by preparing and consolidating materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

Your profile:
• Proven experience of 5+ years in Finance, ideally within a corporate or analytical environment.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus) and familiarity with SQL, ERP systems, and BI/Data tools such as Google Big Query.
• Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret data, challenge existing processes, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Highly rigorous, organized, and methodical, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Result-oriented and efficient — focuses on clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; able to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable evolving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
