This role
Our Performance Operations team is seeking a high-impact Learning Specialist who will play a pivotal role in co-designing and delivering high-impact, EH Way–aligned learning and capability programs. Sitting at the intersection of learning design, organisational development, and performance enablement, this role ensures new and existing Heroes are rapidly ramped, AI-fluent, and culturally aligned. You’ll work closely with People Partners, Performance Ops Leads, and cross-functional teams to scale learning solutions that drive high performance, leadership excellence, and a thriving remote-first workforce. This role is ideal for a Learning Designer with sharp stakeholder instincts and high AI fluency, who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments
Program Design and Implementation
- Working closely with the Performance Ops Leads, you will deliver on a range of initiatives and priorities across Performance, Leadership, Talent, and Capability
- Designing and building frameworks to support building capability of our people
- Use a data-driven approach to inform internal audiences, measure success of existing programs and initiatives and identify additional opportunities for continued improvement
- Partner with business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and translate these into actionable learning objectives
- Create practical, learner-centred content using Articulate Rise and AI tools
- Contribute to reimagining the onboarding and ramping process for scale and impact
Learning and Development
- Curate and deliver a variety of learning pathways, including onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development aligned with our Performance Ops priorities
- Utilise various methods and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Assist in managing our Go1 LMS, including pathway creation, user management, and reporting
- Track and report on training participation and completion rates, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Design and facilitate learning experiences aligned to identified needs and EH’s high-performance culture.
- Deliver leadership and performance programs that embed the EH Way and accelerate talent readiness.
- Drive AI-First Enablement across the business.
- Ensure that enablement content is strategically aligned, locally relevant, andwell-integrated across teams.
- Develop AI generated content that reflects EH Way values, tone, and strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Performance Ops, Talent, and People Partners to ensure programs meet the needs of diverse Hero populations.
- Represent the Launch team in external webinars, presentations, and initiatives where needed.
Who you are

- Learning Design – Experience/strong interest in L&D and developing learning programs.
- Background in HR is an advantage.
- Experience in using learning and graphic design technologies. We use Articulate Rise,
- Canva, and AI tools for video, content and image creation.
- Some experience in creating training, social media or website content and an eye for detail.
- Stakeholder Management – Comfortable engaging senior leaders and cross-functional
- stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
- Facilitation – Skilled at virtual facilitation across diverse audiences.
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to connect learning outcomes to business objectives in a high-performance, fast-moving environment.
