About the Role We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of B2B Acquisition & Retention to own the entire journey for our Professionals. You will be the architect of the professional experience, designing and executing strategies that drive growth at every stage from initial awareness and acquisition through to successful onboarding, long-term retention, and upselling. This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining customer segmentation, setting lifecycle goals, and optimising media investment to achieve key financial and performance targets.
