Job-Beschreibung

We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone.

We’re waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking.

After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.

With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!

We’re not about selling products – we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo ❤️

Join Our Customer Operations Hiring Team!

At Monzo, our Customer Operations Hiring Team is the backbone of our business’ growth, especially within the realms of Customer Operations, Financial Crime, Fraud, and Disputes. Whether it’s welcoming new faces to our Customer Service front line, their support teams, or bringing amazing Senior Leaders onboard, you’ll play a big part in making it happen!

You’ll play a key role by…

  • Delivering a smooth, stress-free onboarding experience that makes a lasting impact on every new hire.
  • Owning all administrative aspects of onboarding ensuring every detail is in place before day one.
  • Managing and initiating background checks, including right-to-work verifications.
  • Partnering with People Operations & People Experience to align every step of the hiring and onboarding journey.
  • Driving process improvements by documenting workflows, refining systems, and embedding consistency across the hiring lifecycle.
  • Providing actionable data insights and reporting, spotting trends, and guiding smarter, more efficient hiring decisions.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to align expectations, resolve challenges, and keep projects moving.
  • Supporting and shaping projects that enhance inclusiveness, diversity, and an outstanding candidate experience.

We’d love to hear from you if…

  • You have proven experience in Recruitment Coordination, Executive Assistance, People Operations, or a similar administrative role.
  • You’re passionate about coordination, process efficiency, and hiring logistics without the recruiting element (this role does not involve recruiting or sourcing).
  • You bring strong expertise in process improvement and workflow documentation, making things simpler and smarter.
  • You’re confident working with data and building reports at a high level.
  • Your organisational skills and attention to detail are second to none, even when managing multiple priorities.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, where agility and adaptability are key.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, adjusting your style to suit a variety of stakeholders.
  • You care deeply about candidate experience, inclusivity, and building a fair, consistent onboarding process.

If you’ve got a knack for detail, love making processes sing, and can make a candidate feel welcome before they’ve even signed their contract – we’d love to hear from you.

The application journey has 4 key steps:

  • Application Questions
  • Recruiter Call
  • Role Specific Interview (45 mins)
