  • Track hiring progress and support smooth transitions from offer through onboarding

Compliance and Policy Alignment

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and internal policies across states (with attention to CA and WA)
  • Standardize HR procedures and maintain audit-ready documentation in HRIS
  • Liaise with external HR consultants (e.g., Bambee) to implement compliant practices

Training, Certifications, and Professional Development

  • Track staff training, licenses/certifications, and continuing education requirements
  • Coordinate SHRM prep and professional development support for international staff
  • Report on training completion rates and follow up on required renewals

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Your Superpowers:
