Job-Beschreibung

Grand Circle Corporation is hiring Remote Inbound Customer Service Reps (Traveler Support Counselor) to join our August 4th, 2025 class. As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers.

Must be located in one of the following States: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah.

Responsibilities

  • Receive back to back inbound calls; assisting customers with managing their reservation
    • Updating Traveler information, educating them on tour itineraries, processing payments, and taking escalated calls, deescalating the calls in a First Call Resolution mentality.
    • Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software.
  • Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies.
  • Work in a metrics driven environment: Average Handle Time, After Call Work, Average Speed to Answer, Hold Time, Attendance, Adherence, Post Call Surveys, and values assessment
  • Must be willing to setup stable internet and telephone services (details below)

Qualifications

  • Must be available to work a 5 day schedule with in our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9:00AM-8:00AM EST, Saturday-Sunday 9:00AM-6:00PM EST)
    • INCLUDING 1 WEEKEND DAY, AND 2 CLOSING SHIFTS DURING THE WEEK
  • 5+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working remotely

Remote Work Requirements:

  • Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi), recommended speeds are 50 MBPS Download, 25 MPBS upload
  • Telephone Service – either through landline or VOIP – You will be responsible for setting up a telephone service (phone number) and provide that number to GCC to route calls to you desk phone (Provided by GCC)

Do Not Apply If:

  • You are unwilling to work in a camera on environment, during training (6 weeks) you will be on camera 8 hours per day
  • You are uncomfortable with: Receiving feedback (on a daily basis), weekly quizzes (training), or weekly ranking (on-going).
  • You are unable to work 1 weekend day per week. (This will be consistent throughout your Tenure with Grand Circle Corp)
  • You are unable to work 1-2 closing shifts per week (12pm-8pm)
  • You are unable to commit to a shift-bid environment, schedules change every 4-6 months.
  • You are uncomfortable with changing lunch & break times on a daily basis
