Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to join our client’s thriving real estate team where you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting potential homebuyers and investors with experienced real estate professionals. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified contact lists using manual dialing systems
  • Engage potential real estate clients using proven scripts while maintaining natural, conversational flow
  • Schedule high-quality appointments between interested prospects and experienced real estate agents
  • Achieve daily call volume targets of 100-120 calls during your 4-hour shift
  • Utilize Google number phone system for professional outbound communications
  • Focus on building rapport and trust to convert leads into confirmed appointments
  • Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and prospect interactions
  • Collaborate with the real estate team to optimize conversion strategies

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional pronunciation and minimal accent
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred
  • Ability to follow structured scripts while adapting to natural conversation flow
  • Strong phone presence with confident and engaging communication style
  • Reliable availability for consistent 4-hour shifts, 4 days per week
  • Comfortable with manual dialing systems and basic phone technology
  • Self-motivated with ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout calling sessions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with focus on quality conversations and appointment conversion
