ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented International Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team. This is a fully remote position. The selected candidate will provide accounting and administrative support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Independently manage a high volume of material, supply, and service requisitions; serve as a trade compliance specialist, guiding the program on government export/import laws, and ensuring business operations comply with ITAR/EAR/OFAC regulations while meeting program needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders on licensing strategies; draft and submit accurate export authorization applications and other governmental authorizations.

Manage all aspects of company export license authorization activity (ITAR and EAR), including post-approval phases in DECCS; review and authorize proper use of ITAR Exemptions and EAR Exceptions, maintaining records of determinations and usage.

Provide guidance on approved license authorizations, limitations, provisos, and record-keeping; develop and deliver export/import compliance training; perform product jurisdiction and classification analyses, including HTS/Schedule B classifications.

Assist with the generation of import and export documentation, including AES filings, duty-free certificates, and export classification questionnaires; maintain current knowledge of U.S. export/import regulations, advising on impacts to program activity, products, and technologies.

Monitor global regulatory changes, communicating guidelines to stakeholders; assist international locations with documentation requirements; advise on documentation and record-keeping for exports, reexports, and imports of PPE, managing PPE transfers between companies.

Review shipments for compliance with export authorizations and manage restricted party screenings; monitor foreign national employees and subcontractors, updating authorizations as needed; review international purchase orders for INCOTERMS and jurisdiction/classification; ensure all export and import records are maintained in accordance with U.S. laws and regulations; conduct self-assessments, quarterly reviews, and regular audits of export/import records for compliance, and notify stakeholders of violations, implementing corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications:

12+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field (OR) 16+ years of experience and an associate degree in a related field (OR) 18+ years of experience.

Experience in international business and managing regulatory requirements impacting imports and exports.

Process oriented with ability to apply technology to the solutions of real business problems; Ability to use standard office equipment.

Knowledge of distribution and inventory management systems; Knowledge of processes and systems related to international trade compliance.

Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed.

This position requires CONUS and OCONUS travel. Candidates must possess a valid U.S. Passport that will remain valid for at least two years following the start date of employment.

The projected compensation range for this position is $97,300.00-$161,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
