  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve network performance while ensuring security best practices are followed.
  • Support and maintain identity and access management processes, ideally with Okta.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior IT team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT operations, security, and collaboration tools (including MacOS, Jamf, Atlassian, Slack, and Miro).

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including:
    • Designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows.
    • Integrating Microsoft 365 applications and third-party tools.
    • Enabling process optimization and efficiency gains across departments.
    • Supporting business users in building and improving their own flows.
  • Strong knowledge of network technologies, including:
    • Cisco Meraki (firewalls, switches, wireless, VPN, security policies).
    • General TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
    • Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
    • Security best practices in network management.
  • Familiarity with Okta as IAM tool is a big plus
  • Experience with MacOS and Jamf is a plus
  • Experience with Atlassian tools, Slack, and Miro a plus
