Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure flawless in-store execution, with a strong focus on customer relationship management, promotional planning, and coordination of field activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager responsible for central negotiations and distribution centers to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring regular visits and a strong in-store presence.
  • Execute annual customer plans to develop category potential and maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers; align on promotional calendars, secure orders, and define product assortment and promotional space.
  • Oversee in-store execution, including assortment checks, promotional island setups, and compliance with display standards.
  • Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and promotional results to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic actions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and support accurate forecasting and promotional effectiveness analysis.
  • Coordinate with distribution centers and wholesalers to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.
  • Travel in the assigned territory ( Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria) to ensure client visit.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales as Sell Out Specialist or Jr KAM
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics and promotional mechanics.
  • Good analytical skills; proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a natural relationship builder.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability to travel within the assigned territory
