This leader will play a critical individual contributor role in managing and optimizing our lead funnel, ensuring that purchased leads are efficiently routed, actively monitored, and effectively converted by our agent teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working cross-functionally, and experienced in Medicare or ACA lead performance optimization.

This role has an opportunity to make a massive impact with meaningful upside for a rapidly growing part of Bloom’s portfolio!

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:

Lead Distribution & Routing

  • Manage daily and intra-day lead routing to ensure timely and fair allocation across internal sales teams.
  • Implement dynamic lead assignment strategies based on agent performance, licensing, availability, and compliance needs.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track lead contact rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and other KPIs across vendors, lead sources, and agent segments.
  • Provide real-time feedback and reporting to sales leaders on lead utilization and outcomes.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for lead vendors, coordinating lead orders, pacing, and delivery cadence.
  • Monitor lead budget spend and ensure alignment with ROI and CPA goals.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and recommend renewals or changes to sourcing strategy.

Optimization & Strategy

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to test and refine lead campaigns and scripts.
  • Recommend improvements to lead nurturing, follow-up cadence, and agent workflow to maximize performance.
  • Identify underperforming lead segments, types and vendors, and implement corrective actions.

Technology & Tools

  • Leverage lead management and CRM platforms (e.g., Five9, Salesforce, Velocify) to optimize delivery and tracking.
  • Collaborate with IT/ops teams to build dashboards, reports, and automation workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or other related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a lead management, performance marketing, or sales operations role
  • Medicare Advantage experience is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs, lead management tools, and dialers required
  • Experience with captive or field Medicare sales channels preferred

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of sales funnel metrics: CPL, CPA, contact rates, conversion rates, etc.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with reporting platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Compliance, Vendors).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal, performance-driven environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with lead compliance regulations (CMS, TCPA).
  • Proven success managing six- or seven-figure lead budgets and multi-vendor portfolios.
