About the RoleWe are hiring a Leave of Absence & Accommodations Business Partner, to successfully execute operational processes, drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory adherence, all while providing our employees with exceptional experience during key moments that matter. The primary responsibility is to guide and support employees, managers, and stakeholders through the entire leave lifecycle. This includes the critical stages of initiating leave, ensuring accurate coordination, determining eligibility, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and policies, including return to work and accommodations while working closely with all other business stakeholders. We are seeking a versatile, quick-thinking team member to join our Leave & Accommodation Team and support our global employees company-wide. This role is a full-time opportunity. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
