This role is a full time, permanent, in office position.

Working days & hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm

Location: Oude Meer, North Holland, 1438 BC

We are looking to hire a talented Logistics Associate to join our Amsterdam office. You will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the office, with the primary goal of ensuring that diamonds are processed in the shortest delay whilst maintaining exceptional standards.

What you’ll do

  • Create shipments using the Nivoda platform and send labels to suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery 

  • Receive consolidated shipments via Brinks, UPS, FedEx

  • Mark orders as received in the Nivoda system 

  • Assist customer support with queries related to shipping, order updates and urgent delivery requests 

  • Assist in the smooth overall operation of the office 

  • Support in managing the administrative work related to the office 

  • Follow up with Brinks, FedEx etc. for any shipment delays 

  • Process returned diamonds from our customers 

  • Assist and advise other team members and management on the continuous improvement of all the processes of the local office 

What you’ll need

  • Must have 3+ years of logistics experience from any industry, luxury goods experience is beneficial

  • Must have experience stock control of high value products.

  • Familiarity with courier services such as FedEx, UPS, Brinks and experience using tracking systems is beneficial 

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Honesty, professionalism and integrity are essential

  • Desire and ability to work in a fast growing company where processes change continuously
