We’re looking for a dynamic Manager of FP&A, Global Marketing to join our team. This role will be a critical finance leader responsible for partnering directly with our Global Marketing organization. This role will support marketing for all global hardware channels, including Americas, Rest of World (ROW), Commercial, and iFIT Subscription initiatives. You’ll drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical processes for marketing spend, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource allocation to achieve global business objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative finance professional with strong modeling skills and a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for marketing leadership.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- 2 actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency per month.
- Within the first 12 months, deliver a comprehensive ROI framework and tracking mechanism for at least two key global marketing campaigns or channels. This will involve establishing clear financial metrics, developing actionable dashboards in Tableau fed by Snowflake data, and partnering with marketing leadership to identify and implement at least 15% in annualized marketing spend efficiencies or reallocations to higher-performing initiatives, directly contributing to improved profitability across hardware and iFIT subscriptions.
- By the end of Q1 2026, significantly improve the quarterly forecast accuracy for Global Marketing expenditures by at least 10 percentage points
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the comprehensive financial planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes for the entire Global Marketing function across all hardware channels (Americas, ROW, Commercial) and iFIT Subscription initiatives.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to analyze marketing effectiveness, campaign ROI, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and other key marketing performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing spend efficiency, identifying opportunities for optimization and presenting actionable recommendations to Global Marketing leadership and the VP of FP&A.
- Provide critical financial insights to guide investment decisions in marketing channels, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams across different regions and channels (Americas, ROW, Commercial, iFIT) to understand their financial needs, provide robust analytical support, and integrate marketing plans with overall company financial targets.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and insightful financial reports related to global marketing performance, including monthly budget vs. actuals, forecast variance analysis, and key marketing KPI tracking.
- Leverage Adaptive Planning extensively for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of global marketing expenditures, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from data warehouses like Snowflake, and create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to provide actionable marketing insights.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. MBA is a strong plus.
- 4 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a proven track record of strong analytical contributions, ideally within a global or marketing-centric finance role.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adaptive Planning is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and extracting insights from data warehouses like Snowflake, with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in creating compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, especially at the executive level.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
