Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in a related field required.
- A minimum of 3 years of leading and transforming university relations teams and relevant programs.
- Proven experience building strong relationships at college campuses across the country.
- Prior track-record of successfully building, leading and managing a high-volume, fast paced recruiting function at a culture-rich technology company.
- Experience driving recruiting initiatives at VP and Director level.
- Experience creating and implementing a strategic staffing plan.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP, Jobvite or Workday.
- Demonstrated performance with coaching and developing teams to consistently deliver excellent customer service and superior results.
- Proven experience collaborating with multiple departments to align goals, resolve issues and ensure customer service.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business, Human Resources or Related Field required.
- Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of management.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
- A passion for learning, leadership and continued education.
- Proactive attitude and work ethic
- Up to 20% of the time Domestic Travel only.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $107,600 to $134,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview
The Manager of university relations & intern hiring at WWT is a transformational role with responsibility for shaping and executing a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy for university relations and internship hiring. This role leads the University Relations team, driving innovation, cultivating strategic partnerships, and championing excellence in both process and people. The leader will serve as a catalyst for change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and relationship-driven success while partnering with leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Leads, inspires and develops the university relations team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability.
- Champions new approaches to talent acquisition and university engagement, positioning WWT as an employer of choice among emerging talent cohorts.
- Builds and sustains impactful relationships with universities and colleges while ensuring WWT values and vision are represented at campus events, career fairs and conferences.
- Designs and implements transformational campus outreach and engagement strategies to support business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
- Partners with the global employee experience team to ensure a seamless hiring process through collaboration and communication.
- Drives operational excellence by optimizing recruiting processes, leveraging data and analytics to assess program effectiveness and ensuring compliance and governance across all initiatives.
- Tracks and reports on key performance indicators related to university engagement and talent pipeline health.
- Leads the annual planning and execution of internal and external intern and campus events.
- Collaborates with hiring managers on intern program needs and requirements.
- Partners with other members of the HR Department on all cross functional issues involving talent acquisition, compensation, compliance, and reporting.
- Participates in cross functional operational strategy meetings.
- Develops and/or improves on recruiting tools, forms and infrastructure: applicant tracking system, career web site, reporting, and document management.
- Operates as subject matter expert on intern hiring and campus strategy.
