Position summary
Crystal Intelligence is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing operations. You will play a key role in implementing marketing initiatives across multiple platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Zoom, and internal tools) ensuring campaigns are well-executed, timely, and effective. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced B2B environment and has a solid grasp of digital tools and task management systems like Jira.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Blog Management and SEO
- Upload and format content in WordPress, maintaining branding and layout consistency.
- Optimize blog posts for SEO (titles, meta descriptions, tags, image alt text, internal linking).
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to maintain a steady publishing schedule.
- Internal Platform Communication
- Draft and send client notifications via internal platforms.
- Coordinate timing and content with relevant departments to ensure clear, concise, and timely communication.
- Email Marketing
- Write and proofread marketing emails, including campaigns and newsletters (This is for mainly for the new copywriter; so this skill is a good to have).
- Set up, segment, and schedule emails in HubSpot.
- Launch automated email workflows in Hubspot working with the marketing analyst to define funnels.
- Monitor performance metrics (opens, clicks, bounces) and compile campaign reports.
- Webinars and Event Support
- Set up landing pages and registration forms via Zoom.
- Coordinate invitations and reminder sequences.
- Send follow-up and thank-you emails post-eventAssist in reporting on attendee engagement.
- Marketing Wiki and Documentation
- Create and maintain internal documentation for campaigns, processes, and best practices.
- Organize files, guides, and records to ensure easy access and team alignment.
- Own the monthly newsletter to be launched and sent from marketing to all of Crystal.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing operations role.
- Proficient in WordPress, HubSpot, Zoom, and Jira, Sharepoint.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
- Strong writing and editing skills for professional communications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under minimal supervision.
- Capable of communicating with all levels across the organization.
- Experience with B2B marketing or SaaS products is a plus.
