OCM-ServiceNow Trainer

ECS is seeking an OCM ServiceNow Trainer to work remotely.

We are currently seeking an experienced OCM ServiceNow Trainer to design and deliver training programs for employees, stakeholders, and customers on ServiceNow solutions, focusing on organizational change management principles. This position will leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end training solutions which includes training program design, delivery, and evaluation, organizational change management best practices, and process automation.

Salary Range: $135,000 – $155,000

• Must be a US Citizen.
  
• Must have a current Secret security clearance.
• ServiceNow Certification CSA (CIS-ITSM preferred).
• OCM consultant should have (but not required) the following:
  • +3 years of training experience
  • +3 Years of BPC role and presentation experience
  • BA story grooming and gathering experience
  • EM-PM project management Skill Set
