MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented OpenText Enterprise Content Manager (ECM) Administrator to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administer and support the OpenText ECM suite, including Extended ECM for SAP, Content Server, Archive Center, and OTDS.
- Configure and manage integrations between OpenText ECM and SAP (S/4HANA or ECC), ensuring reliable document storage, metadata synchronization, and workflow automation.
- Customize metadata models, permissions, folder structures, lifecycles, and search configurations in alignment with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document archiving, SAP transaction links, and performance bottlenecks.
- Work closely with SAP Basis, functional, and security teams to support OpenText SAP ArchiveLink or ILM integrations. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate and deploy new OpenText-SAP capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership in system upgrades, enhancements, and patch management across both OpenText and SAP systems. Implement best practices for compliance, retention, records governance, and security in an SAP-integrated ECM environment.
- Deliver end-user training, documentation, and technical support for ECM users across departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience administering OpenText ECM platforms (including Content Server and Extended ECM for SAP).
- 1+ years of experience working with SAP systems (S/4HANA or ECC) in a functional or technical role.
- Proficiency with SAP ArchiveLink, OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), or ILM.
- Understanding of document lifecycle, metadata modeling, and retention compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OpenText certifications (e.g., OpenText Certified Extended ECM for SAP Consultant).
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate or Application Associate).
- Experience with OTDS, AppWorks, and integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with document-centric processes in SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, HCM).
- Knowledge of compliance regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) and their impact on content management.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
The projected compensation range for this position is $57,900.00-$96,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
