As Revecore’s People Business Partner, you will:
Work as a strategic advisor and operational leader supporting specific business units. This role partners closely with senior leaders to align people-strategies with business goals, drive high performance, and foster a culture of engagement, productivity, and growth. The PBP plays a critical role in coaching leaders, optimizing talent, and building scalable people processes—particularly in supporting a large population of hourly, frontline employees.
The Role:
- Partner with business leaders to co-create talent strategies that align with department goals and company priorities.
- Act as a coach and consultant to managers on all people-related matters, including performance, development, and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with leaders who manage hourly frontline teams, driving engagement and retention strategies tailored to this workforce.
- Leverage a strong understanding of the P&L to align talent strategy with business outcomes, labor costs, and operational goals.
- Lead the implementation of core People programs within client groups (e.g., engagement surveys, performance reviews, talent calibration, compensation planning).
- Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within client groups and proactively recommend solutions.
- Serve as a change agent in driving organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural initiatives.
- Support employee relations matters with empathy, fairness, and business alignment.
- Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Champion Revecore’s values and contribute to a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
You’ll be successful if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 4 years as a People Business Partner or similar advisory role.
- Proven experience supporting a large population of hourly, frontline employees, as well as engineering and product teams.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leaders and contribute to business planning through a strong grasp of P&L fundamentals.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments—preferably in healthcare services, operations, or private equity-backed organizations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link people initiatives to operational and financial outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Proficiency in leveraging people analytics to inform decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in HRIS systems, AI tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in an Organizational Development role is an added plus.

- Occasional travel for in-person team meetings or company offsites may be required. The People Team values innovation, clarity, and a bias for action.
- This position may support business units operating across multiple time zones.
