These are our current challenges and future goals:
As a Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) at Glow25, you’ll help scale our paid media efforts across core and new channels. You’ll close operational gaps in Paid Social and other Performance Marketing Channels, drive structured campaign execution, and support our international growth with smart testing and performance analysis.
With an eye on ROAS and CPA, you’ll lead campaigns end-to-end and contribute to channel expansion. Ideally, you bring intercultural awareness and act as an advocate for one of our key markets (FR, NL, IT) to strengthen local relevance and performance.
This is where we need your support:
- Campaign Management: You’ll independently manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns – from targeting and bidding to creative selection.
- Performance Analysis: You evaluate campaign KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR or bROAS, derive insights, and communicate results transparently.
- Testing & Iteration: You develop and run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and copy – always with performance uplift in mind.
- Channel Diversification: You support the setup and scale of new paid channels (e.g., TikTok, Outbrain, Affiliate) and integrate learnings across the funnel.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You align with Creative, Copy, Data and other teams to ensure campaigns are aligned across touchpoints.
You have the following experience:
- Language skills: German at least B2 for daily team communication, C1 in another language (ideally FR, NL or IT) for cultural context in marketing, English desirabl e for tools & documentation.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in Paid Social or Search
- Strong grasp of funnel strategies, performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, bROAS), and creative iteration
- Proven skills in campaign setup, audience segmentation, bidding, and budget allocation
- Experience in testing new platforms and contributing to channel expansion
- Confidence working with performance dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio), Excel/Sheets, UTM tracking, and attribution tools
- Meta Ads Manager (incl. Advantage+ Shopping, targeting, bidding, creative testing)
- Experience in additional Performance Marketing Platform (Native, Affiliate, TikTok, etc.)
- Google Analytics / GA4 (conversion & funnel tracking)
- Bonus if you bring experience from one of our key markets (FR, NL, IT) and can bring in cultural perspectives
