Job DescriptionYour Career The Program Manager is a global role responsible for helping with the day-to-day elements of our award-winning Partner Program, including working globally and cross-functionally to strengthen program efficiency and channel scale through frictionless selling initiatives. This role reports to the Channel Program Director, and will support all Ecosystems Routes to Market, requiring a broad array of skills, including go-to-market strategy, program and incentive design, and project management. Your Impact Work closely with our Ecosystems Partner Programs team to develop and architect our partner program strategy and ongoing transformation. Combine your core strategy toolkit (framing/structure, hypothesis-driven approach, data-driven insight, best practices, etc.) with business judgment to directly lead and deliver major initiatives.

Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $0 – $0/YR.
